Terms and Conditions
Payment
For cake/ cake set payment, full payment for order under $500, and a $200 deposit for orders over $500 is required to secure the date. All deposits are non-refundable. Final invoices are sent out 2-4 weeks before delivery. The balance is payable 2 weeks prior to completion. Payment can be made by bank transfer.
Full payment for others dessert.
Cancellation
In addition to the non-refundable deposit, work already undertaken in accordance with the order is chargeable.
Please note: Orders with complicated decoration are started up 1-2 weeks before the event. All cancellations need to be confirmed in writing. Any orders cancelled within 1 weeks of the event are not refundable.
Alterations to orders
All details of orders need to be confirmed at least 1Â weeks before the date. Any alterations to orders may be subject to an additional charge and need to be confirmed in writing. If there is any last minute changes (within 1Â weeks prior to event) to the order i.e. down-sizing, weather, each case will be looked at on an individual basis and we will try or offer a part refund where possible.
Delivery
Please note that after safely picking-up/ delivering and setting up the cake at the venue, the order is in the full responsibility of the customer and Jade Love Bake shall not be liable for any damages.
